Sylvia R.J. Scott, Founder 

Sylvia Scott is the Founder of Girl’s CEO Connection™, an organization that sets young women on a path toward fulfilling lives as successful entrepreneurs. She launched the Realizing a Vision conferences that bring high school girls together with accomplished female entrepreneurs, role models, and prospective mentors. Sylvia’s background includes MBA studies at Babson College, building the business consultant and volunteer programs for the Center of Women & Enterprise in Boston, conference manager for the Women’s Leadership Exchange, PR and marketing consultant for entrepreneurs, and a long career in PR and event production. Driven by the passion to help teenage girls build brighter futures for themselves, Sylvia began designing programs to engage with developing the entrepreneurial skills found important to accomplished women entrepreneurs and business owners.

High points on the list of Sylvia’s many accomplishments include serving as delegate to the EMPACT: Future of Entrepreneurship Education Summit in Washington D.C., creating the Your Money Your Power Mother-Daughter Entrepreneur Summit for the Women’s Business Center (Boston), and working on projects for the Inland Empire Women’s Business Center. She is a member of the Advisory Boards for O2 MAX, an online fitness program for young women, and Teenz Media, a news and entertainment blog for teens.

She is presently completing a book entitled Realizing a Vision, Your Toolkit for Success. Wisdom for Young Female Entrepreneurs.
